House Washing

House Washing/soft wash

Do you have dirt, algae, moss, or other growths on your house siding? Knowing that high pressure from a pressure washer can lead to damage to your home's siding, what do you do? Soft Washing is the correct way to clean surfaces that pressure might damage.

How We Do It

Things We Can Wash

In order to properly clean your home without causing damage from high pressure, we use the soft wash method. Soft washing includes the use of chemicals, which can be damaging if not handled properly.

The methods we use to clean house siding removes mold, moss, algae and other organic growth. Ever wondered what the black residue on your roof is? Gloeocapsa magma is a bacteria that likes to grow on the roofs of homes. Check your roof to see if there large black streaks running the length of your shingles. With the soft washing method, we can eliminate these tough to clean substances.

Our solution is a mix of sodium hypochlorite (bleach), surfactant (soap), and water. H2O Brothers guarantee no harm to the surface and surrounding area that we clean. Whenever we apply our solution, we must move plants out of harms way if possible. We apply a liberal amount of solution, allow it to sit for 10 minutes, then use our garden hose and simply rinse off.
